This clinical trial investigates a preventive therapy for chronic migraines, a condition defined by 15 or more headache days per month. The study examines whether the treatment can reduce the frequency and severity of migraines over a sustained period, improving daily functionality.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
We are looking for participants who meet the following criteria:
- Diagnosed with chronic migraines for at least six months.
- Failed at least two preventive treatments in the past.
Study Details
Participants will receive an injectable medication targeting CGRP, a molecule linked to migraines. The study involves tracking headache frequency through a migraine diary, regular check-ups, and neurological assessments. It will also evaluate secondary outcomes like improved productivity, reduced medication use, and enhanced sleep quality.
